Questions

Is this separate from the regular preorder?
Yes. The regular preorder on tp-hawaii.co is for people who want to buy toilet paper and be part of the first delivery wave. The Founding Member program is for people who want to invest more in getting us to Phase 3 β€” local manufacturing. Think of it as backing the bigger mission, not just the product.
When do I get my toilet paper?
Founding Members receive their product supply starting with our first container delivery, with priority over the general preorder queue. We'll confirm your delivery timeline personally when we follow up.
What if I don't want the social media shoutout?
Totally fine β€” just leave the shoutout checkbox unchecked on the form. Your name will still appear on the Founders Wall unless you tell us you'd prefer otherwise.
What if HTC doesn't make it to Phase 3?
We're honest about where we are. This is a vision-level commitment, not a guaranteed outcome. The toilet paper supply is real and confirmed. The manufacturing milestones depend on continued community support and growth. We'll always be transparent about progress β€” or the lack of it.
Can businesses participate?
Absolutely. If you'd like your business name on the Founders Wall instead of or alongside your personal name, just let us know in the message field. We'll work out the details personally.
What's included in the custom website or web app perk?
At the $2,500 tier, we'll build you a custom landing page or a single-feature web tool for your business β€” think an online booking form, a simple product page, or a service menu. At the $5,000 tier, we'll build a full small business website including online scheduling so your customers can book directly. This is built personally by the HTC team, tailored to your business. We'll reach out after your contribution to scope it out together.
